What can I expect during my first visit?
Your first consultation is designed to be thorough, personalised, and unrushed. The structure depends on whether your appointment is in-person or virtual.
In-person consultations
Check-in
Our team will verify your details and perform medical aid checks if applicable.
Consultation
You'll meet with your chosen practitioner to discuss your medical history, concerns, symptoms, and health goals. Consultations typically last 15–60 minutes.
Assessment & treatment plan
Your practitioner will explain their clinical assessment and discuss a personalised plan, which may include:
- Recommended investigations (e.g. blood tests)
- Medication or prescription planning
- Lifestyle or wellness recommendations
- Aesthetic or IV treatment options (if applicable)
- Expected outcomes, costs, and follow-up planning
Some treatments may begin during the same visit, such as blood draws, IV therapy, or aesthetic procedures.
Next steps
Follow-up appointments, prescriptions, or referrals will be arranged if required.
Please allow 30–60 minutes for your first consultation, excluding treatments.
